Balloon Races are a Great Way to Raise Funds. Balloons are sold instead of selling tickets. Balloons are inflated with helium and a race label is attached with the purchasers details and the contact details of the organisation raising funds.

Balloons are released from a net and a map is drawn up of the local area, and as balloons are found, the finder contacts the organisation who released the balloons and the balloon that is found furthest away is the prize winner.

It is also great fun for Family Fun Days or School Sports Days. The local press love to Photograph Balloon Races and are usually happy to advertise the event.
